We guarantee Understanding Me, I have Hearing Loss will transform your thinking about deafness and the impact it has on people’s lives. This course comes in two modules. The first is a 40-minute film. The second is a short quiz. All learners who successfully complete the quiz are awarded a GDA - Understand Deafness certificate.
Objectives
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
- Recognise and respond to the challenges of a customer, client or work colleague who is deaf or hard of hearing.
- Understand how hearing aids work, and their limitations. And why this should make you think twice about your business environment.
